Core Groups: Your Personal Advisory Board
Building upon the solid foundation of self-awareness established with your Uncommon Compass, you can now embark on your coaching journey. For four sessions, twice a year, you’ll meet with a thoughtfully curated and intimate peer group and executive Coach,
Our members experience different career seasons with unique primary goals. We've shifted from a one-size-fits-all yearly format to offer distinct Coaching Tracks that you can select from every year.
Additionally, you now have the choice between in-person and virtual sessions, giving you greater control over your level of engagement.

Intentional, Intimate Networking
We focus our programming efforts on what we do best: intentional, intimate networking that unlock real growth opportunities.
Started in 2019, Uncommon Dinners have become the flagship event of our community. These intimate gatherings allow you to connect with fellow members on a deeper level. In 2024, we’re multiplying the opportunities for our Global Members to meet whenever possible in their city, as well as online with the same recipe for meaningful interactions.
Cultivate Your Leadership: Join the Uncommon Ambassador Program and undergo training to co-host Dinners, enriching your facilitation skills.
