We firmly believe that personal growth begins with self-awareness and exploration. Your Personality Archetype will reveal your dominant tendencies and less explored traits. This deeper self-awareness is your gateway to profound learning and connections within Uncommon.

Building upon the solid foundation of self-awareness established with your Uncommon Compass, you can now embark on your coaching journey. For four sessions, twice a year, you’ll meet with a thoughtfully curated and intimate peer group and executive Coach,
Our members experience different career seasons with unique primary goals. We've shifted from a one-size-fits-all yearly format to offer distinct Coaching Tracks that you can select from every year.
Additionally, you now have the choice between in-person and virtual sessions, giving you greater control over your level of engagement.

We focus our programming efforts on what we do best: intentional, intimate networking that unlock real growth opportunities.
Started in 2019, Uncommon Dinners & Conversations have become the flagship events of our community. These intimate gatherings allow you to connect with fellow members on a deeper level.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Cultivating a Balanced Leadership Toolkit
Whether you subscribe to the idea that gendered styles in leadership are nature versus nurture (or, a combination of both), there are strategic leadership skills associated more commonly with the feminine (collaboration, empathy, communication, adaptability) and those more associated with the masculine (decisiveness, competition, problem solving).
To succeed in any career, knowing when and how to strategically blend the hard with the soft, the assertiveness with the empathy and the performance with the collaboration is a recipe for success.
This track will enable you to develop a toolkit that will help you identify your own authentic leadership style, evaluating the systems and environments you operate in and developing tools using real life cases.
Throughout this series, we'll explore a diverse array of leadership qualities, from empathy and collaboration to decisiveness and assertiveness. By integrating these dynamic traits into your leadership toolkit, you'll cultivate an authentic leadership style that fosters inclusive teamwork, drives impactful results, and empowers your teams to thrive.

Careers are no longer linear ladders with clear next steps and full visibility on the path ahead. At Uncommon, we see them more as labyrinths, with twists and turns, multiple paths that take you to the same place and the need to find your own compass to get there. Embrace the squiggly career - whether chosen or imposed by external factors - together
We will start with taking stock of gaining a deeper understanding of your career patterns thus far and the leader you are today and set goals. From there we explore the systems that are working or not working in your favour and how to leverage or avoid pitfalls. Lastly, we will explore the future - your impact and legacy that starts with taking actions today.

This is one of the most common goals we see within the Uncommon community. Radical entrepreneurship for aspiring Uncommon founders is a bold journey marked by innovation, risk-taking, and impactful change. It's about challenging conventions, embracing uncertainty, and daring to disrupt established norms to create transformative solutions that address pressing societal needs.
We start with your why: Understanding yourself, your strengths, vision, fears and purpose for entrepreneurship that will drive you through the challenges.
Then we look at idea validation: how to exploring your idea is viable, but also if you are committed and equipped to bring it to life, we will help you design a test for your idea. Every business is different but we then look at your futures.
