Rooted in behavioural science, the Uncommon Personality Assessment helps you delve into your core motivations and your role within our community. We firmly believe that personal growth begins with self-awareness and exploration, and UPA is your compass for this transformative journey.
Your UPA scorecard will reveal your unique correlation with each archetype, highlighting your dominant tendencies and less explored traits. This deeper self-awareness is your gateway to profound learning and connections within Uncommon.
CORE SESSION REVAMP, from logistics to core programme
In 2023, we’ve revamped the core sessions to be organised around two coaching cycles per year.
Our coaching approach is now topic-led and case-based. For four sessions twice a year, you’ll join a highly-relevant group of members and together with a specialised coach will focus on one subject of your choice (Tracks).
Core sessions schedules are released in advance, ensuring that you can join all sessions. We stick to your preference of in-person versus virtual.
After four sessions, you can choose to focus on another Track and be matched with another group and coach.

Intentional networking for better growth opportunities
We’ve heard you, and have decided to focus our programming efforts on what we do best: intentional, intimate networking that unlock real growth opportunities. Each month, we will focus on one Theme, and explore it under all if its dimensions.
From January 2024 onwards, we have committed to hosting one Uncommon Dinner per week, unlock one-to-one meetings for the connections that you’re seeking, and create Focus Groups for your needs (New Mothers, Founder’s Circle).
We’re also focused on giving you the mic by launching our Ambassador programme that allows you to facilitate Uncommon events with proper training.
